Matt Rossiter, Vice President
Matt Rossiter is a Financial Advisor with Heick, Hester, Smith & Associates a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc in the Louisville, KY office. With more than 10 years in financial advisory services Mr. Rossiter has worked on a variety of issues affecting both his clients personal planning and advisor planning.
Matt is a business consultant for advisors with Heick, Hester, Smith & Associates. As a business consultant, Mr. Rossiter, provides consistent and customized advice for advisors to develop and continue to improve the client experience. In 2010, Matt has increased business revenues & financial plans of three advisors by 19%, 12%, and 25%, respectively. In 2011, with 2 additional advisors, Matt is on pace to increase their revenues & financial plans by 23%, 24%, 32%, 50%, and 75%.
In Late 2009, Matt and his wife, Caryn relocated to Louisville, KY, where Caryn, took a role as an Economic Education Specialist with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis at the Louisville Branch. In Moving to Louisville, Matt joined Heick, Hester, Smith & Associates a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. Matt and Caryn have settled in the Highland-Douglass neighborhood and are expecting their first child in February of 2012.
Additionally, Matt received his BA in Finance from Texas A&M University; he serves high-net-worth clients, including CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, and is known for earning his clients' trust, consistently proving that they always come first. He has earned a reputation for expert financial advice and superior client service that resulted in a strong referral business.
Scott Maloy, Treasurer
He is a 2007 graduate of Bellarmine University, from where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. At Bellarmine, he was active in the Bellarmine University Accounting Association and Delta Sigma Pi.
In Addition to YPAL Cares Activities, he is currently on the Fundraising Committee for Business Buddies and is also involved with Special Olympics.
Scott enjoys experiencing traveling, UofL athletics, movies, and spending time with family and friends.
Sean Deskins, Secretary Sean is an active alumnus of the University of Louisville. He is chair of the newly-established Recent Graduates Council and serves on the Law School Alumni Council and the Alumni Association Board of Directors. Sean was honored with the Recent Alumnus Award from the University of Louisville Louis D Brandeis School of Law in 2010 and received the global Visionaries Award from the World Affairs Council of Kentucky and Southern Indiana for his commitment to international relations, demonstrated leadership, and potential for creating meaningful impact to the international growth of our community. In addition to his volunteer work with the University of Louisville, Sean is active in several other community organizations. Sean has been an active YPAL member for three years and was named one of YPAL's "Outstanding Young Professionals" in 2010. Sean is a volunteer and founding memeber of the board of directors of Adelante Hispanic Achievers, Inc, a not-for-profit organization that provides mentoring, tutoring, and enrichment activities to Hispanic youth in Louisville. Sean was also selected for NeXt!, the leadership development program of the Fund for the Arts. Along with his community involvement, Sean is an active member of the bar. He is a member of the American, Kentucky, and Louisville Bar Associations and the American Association for Justice and serves as a member of the Board of Governors of the Kentucky Justice Association. In 2012, Sean will begin his term as chair of the Louisville Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section. Recently married, Sean and his wife, Ashley, live in Louisville with their two dogs, Henry and Forrest.
Philip Cook
Philip is a graduate of the University of Louisville where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science. He is currently working on his Bachelor's in Accounting at Indiana Wesleyan University.
Philip has been a member of YPAL since August of 2009 and in 2010 he received an Outstanding Young Professional award. He has been involved with YPAL Cares since it started and is excited about the future that this organization can bring to young professionals and to the city of Louisville.
Emma Hutchens
She continues this commitment to her community by giving her time to the needs of local non-profit organizations and is a graduate of the 2009 Leadership Louisville Focus Program and the 2010 Fund for the Arts NeXt! Leadership Propram where she served as Vice-Chair.
Jean Lee
Jean supports the bank's local philanthropic and community outreach, helping to coordinate and administer programs mutually beneficial to the community and to the banking organization. She serves as local market vice chairman for PNC's "Grow UP Great" campaign, a 10-year, 100 million PNC commitment to early childhood education, helping to link employees with volunteer opportunities. Additionally, she serves as employee campaign coordinator for Metro Unted Way and Fund for the Arts, and is responsible for developing and distributing communications materials associated with many charitable events and campaigns.
A Lexington native, Jean earned her Master of Business Administration degree in 2010 from Bellarmine University. She graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in agriculture economics.
She is a 2011 graduate of Focus Louisville, an advisory member for BG Magazine, and is a member of the 2012 class of Ignite Louisville.
Jean's personal interests include time with family and friends and following University of Kentucky athletics.
Shannon Kisselbaugh
She earned a BA in both percussion performance and English from Transylvania University and an MA in Arts Administration and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. She has over 8 years experience working with nonprofit organizations in both Louisville and Cincinnati.
In 2010, she served as YPAL's Assistant Director of Community Outreach and was also named one of YPAL's Outstanding Young Professionals. She is a member of the current Fund for the Arts NeXt! class, a community-based mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and a board member for the Artemis Fund at Kentucky Country Day School. She also plays percussion with the Indiana University Southeast Concert Band.
Lauren Libert Lauren Graduated from Purdue University in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in Business Management. She is currently taking MBA courses at Indiana University Southeast. Lauren works for Humana as a Project Manager within Human Resources.
She also serves on other community boards, including Purdue's Krannert School Alumni Association. She also has volunteered for events and served on multiple committees to benefit other non-profit organizations.
Maria Morozowich Maria Morozowich is a Staffing Leader for Yum! Brands, Inc. In the two years that Maria has been with Yum!, she has experienced a variety of HR functions.
Maria Completed her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in 2006. Following graduation, Maria worked as a National Consultant for Chi Omega Fraternity. In 2008-2009, she completed her Masters of Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois. Upon completion of her degreee, Maria relocated to Louisville to work with Yum! Brands.
Maria remains active with Chi Omega and serves on the Program Board of the Nancy Walton Laurie Leadership Institute of Chi Omega and on the University of Louisville Chapter's Advisory Board. Maria is a member of the Junior League of Louisville and leads Yum's g2 group, and employee resource group for young professionals and next generation leaders.
Maria joined YPAL in 2011 and is excited about contributing to the YPAL Cares Board.
Mark Mucci
After Graduating from Bellarmine University in the spring of 2008, Mark began his career as an independent insurance agent with Garrett-Stotz Co. His focus is on Home, Auto, and Renters insurance, but also has a steadily growing book of Commercial Accounts.
Mark has been a member of YPAL since 2009 and remains a steady member at most of YPAL events. He is a member of three committees and also serves on the Alumni Board at Bellarmine University.
Mark is very excited to be a part of the YPAL Cares Board of Directors and looks forward to helping YPAL cares continue to move forward for many years to come. |
